Technology today is on a whole different level, it almost drives all things in our world from bigger industries to smaller households. Data transfer all over the world is happening every day and we humans treat it as a safe vault where we store our valuable information and identities.
Are we really safe?
Is it bad or good to do that? Are we really safe from the things that technology offer? And what are the threats that technology will give to humans? , can we counter it?
Cyber Attack
There are many cyber attacks and fraud recorded in the whole world which is new and never done before type of attack and it challenges the IT world to continually find a solution or prevention.

Lack of Data Transparency
Some of us uses technology without knowing its pros and cons and information technology security doesn’t involves software and hardware but also the protection of data’s and information. as Davis(2018) describes that “People share location data with application providers because of the many benefits”. it emphasizes the idea of humans using technology in daily basis because of the conveniency it gives. but the lack of transparency of it can be dangerous (Peter-Kurpick, as cited in Davies, 2018) that it might threaten all the information we stored in it. This places us human to the question on how safe are we really are in this technology world?

The good thing about it is that there will be plenty of programmers in the future which means there will be people that will continue to find ways to counter the threats that the technology can give. “The trends in IT jobs will grow 22% in 2020” According to Thibodeau(2012).
The technology today is on a whole different level and it’s true that we value it as we stored our datas and information in it. But remember, we need to be careful for the reason that it is not always safe and we always have to be mindful of the things that we do because technology has its good and bad side its either you fall into the right or wrong step. So be aware when using technology and don’t take it for granted.
